<p>2 packs Sausage Meat<br />
8 Tomatoes<br />
Cheddar Cheese<br />
5 table spoon of Tomato Ketchup<br />
1 teaspoon of Soy Sauce<br />

<p>1.  If needed season the sausage meat and roll them into small balls<br />
2.   Take each ball and make a hole in the middle, stuff the hole with cheese and roll it back into a ball<br />
3. Put a little oil in a frying pan and brown each ball, once done leave to one side.<br />
4. Chop the tomatoes and add to the same pot and soften them. Add tomato ketchup, water, soy sauce and salt and then add the meat balls<br />
5. Simmer for 20-30 mins</p>

<p>50g Mince Beef<br />
1 Aubergine<br />
Cheese<br />

<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>1.  Wash the aubergine then scoop out the inside out and chop into small pieces<br />
2.   Brown the mince beef, then add the aubergine pieces<br />
3.  Add tomato ketchup, water, soy sauce and salt and cook till the  aubergine  has soften<br />
4. Stuff the mixture in to the hole of the aubergine.<br />
5. Top with cheese and place in the oven for approximatgely 15-20 minutes till the aubergine is soft</p>

<p>1. Wash the salmon, rice and take the bean out of the pods of edamme</p>
<p>2. Place the water in a pot and bring to the boil. Place the salmon inside simmer till cooked.<br />
3. Once cooked take the salmon out of the pan and place in a bowl to flake<br />
4. Add miso to the pot of water and add miso and let it dissolve before adding the rice.Keep the heat low<br />
5. Let the rice cook for about 15 minutes before adding the salmon and edamme and give it a quick stir<br />
6. After 10minutes crack two eggs into the pot and let it cook for a further 5 minutes..</p>
